  • All complaints and disputes will be dealt with in accordance with our policy, a copy of which is available from the Lottery Office.  In the event that a complaint or dispute can not be resolved then it will be referred to arbitration.  As a member of the Hospice Lotteries Association this will be the “Independent Betting Adjudication Service” (IBAS).

In the financial year ending March 2024, over £940,000 was raised from ticket sales in our Weekly Lottery and our seasonal Bumper Draws and with 10% being spent on prizes and 16% on lottery running expenses, this meant that 74% of this total benefitted St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice. Based on the lottery Submissions made by St Luke’s Hospice Promotions Limited to the Gambling Commission, during the last financial year, this translated to a fantastic total of over £602,000!

In the financial year ending March 2024, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 471 in our regular Weekly Lotteries and 1 in 2719 in our seasonal Bumper Draws.
